Students will learn practical applications of how laws work in a business environment. Topics studied include the structure of contracts, the necessary elements and how contracts begin and end. Additionally, students will learn the different ways that businesses can be formed and the many roles and responsibilities of all those involved in a business. As a culminating activity, students will also participate in a Mock Trial where they will learn how to analyze facts and develop a solid argument.
