Using real case footage from the Netflix documentary Making a Murderer, students will examine the American criminal justice system.  Students will have the opportunity to use the film to analyze and discuss topics ranging from the prosecutorial process, jury voir dire, venue transfer, juvenile confessions, DNA, and case science.
